It’s almost SUPERBOWL time – see Mission Repair LIVE during the game!

January 13, 2012

Hello and good afternoon everyone! Want some amazing news from all of us here at Mission Repair?

QUESTION: “What’s your favorite part about watching the Superbowl?”
ANSWER: “The commercials!”

Are you getting any hints here? I’m letting the cat out of the bag tonight! Mission Repair is airing 2 (count ‘em – two!) commercials that are going to be played LIVE during Superbowl XLVI on February 5, 2012. That’s right, we are taking the plunge. We have 2 commercials that are airing for the first time LIVE during this year’s Superbowl in Indianapolis for the millions of viewers to see!

We want to share our excitement today as we build up to the biggest television event of the year. Truth be told, we have 3 commercials, one was “too racy” for TV. Don’t worry, it’s not “too racy” for me. . .you’ll be able to see this “internet only” version the day of the game as well. Stay tuned to missionrepair.com for all the details.

Can anyone say “Superbowl Party at Ryan’s House?”

Have a great weekend, Ryan

New Year Resolutions!

December 29, 2011

Good day folks, I was just sitting here in my office planning the rest of the week out and noticed that it’s almost 2012. Yikes! Time flies when you’re having fun.

So have you been thinking about your New Years Resolutions?

If you’re stumped, just print this list out and carry it with you. It’s a NO FAIL way to have a happy and productive 2012:

1. Exercise more. I know that this is a common one, but it’s truly the key to a better life.
2. Learn something new. Try it, it’s fun to take up a new hobby or acquire a skill that you never had, even if it seems simple or pointless.
3. Drink more water. I’m not kidding with you, drink more water and it doesn’t matter how much you’re drinking now.
4. Have that iPhone repaired. You’ve been using it cracked for some time now, give Mission Repair a call and have it taken care of!

So there you have it- the keys to a happy 2012. Do you have something that I should add to this list? Just let me know!

Thanks, but seriously have a great New Year Holiday this weekend.

Best, Ryan

We’ll take the punishment so you don’t have to.

“Medic!”

I heard this earlier coming from the tech room and unfortunately it can be a common occurrence here at the Mission Repair.

I’d like my customers to think of it this way; let us go through the pains of the repair. Many customers try to perform repairs on their own inevitably to only hurt themselves (or their device) in the process. Most of our repairs are glass screen repairs and this is clearly the more “dangerous” type of service. . .because there’s broken glass involved. Our troops at Mission Repair are fully trained (and insured I might add) to work on these delicate yet dangerous services. We know the risks involved.

Today’s victim was Ryan Flynn – a.k.a. “Flynn” around here. Flynn is an active Marine, a rugged individual with extensive military background and a strong spirit. Here he is today:

Rub some dirt on it and get back in the game!

OK, this is an exaggeration – he did cut himself, but I want to assure you that he did not need stitches, nor this many bandages, or even a call to his mommy. Flynn “manned up” and cleaned his wound, wrapped a band-aid around it and went back to work.

It’s the hazard of the job, and we love it. We’re on the front lines every day and we’re here to protect you. Leave the repair job to the experts!

Take care, Ryan

It’s true, we’re expanding!

December 16, 2011

So we’ve been diligently working on our expansion here at Mission Repair and this is just a quick blog to let you know that the building is almost complete and our new call center should be open in January.

The number of telephone calls that we are receiving seems to be astounding!  As of 2:15 today we are caught up on calls and we get to take a small breather before they light up again!

Here’s a rendering of our new call center in action:

Ha!  Of course this is not a rendering of our new call center ;-) Actually, this is a picture of a 1926 Switchboard from somewhere in California and these ladies would answer the phone whenever you would dial “0″ from a land line in their area.  They stayed busy, but I’d put up any one of our Mission Repair employees against them any day!  We know what busy feels like!

Our call center won’t have this many operators, however you do get a real live human being when you dial 866-638-8402 and THEN dial “0″.  Our phone system is highly advanced, it will keep you in the queue and all of our calls are answered in the order in which they are received.

Try it, I dare ya!

Talk to you soon, Ryan
