Hello happy Friday Blog Readers!
I was pleasantly surprised when Darren Smith from Junk Mafia stopped by and offered to have us on his radio show, KCXL 1140 in Kansas City- So here it is, and it’s official: I will be on the radio on September 9, 2010.

Hello everyone- here’s what a brand new iPhone looks like when it’s shattered. Yup, just like that mental picture in your head, right? I feel terrible for the customers that this happens to. . .it’s true. iPhone 4 repairs are coming in daily – already!
We'll have this fixed and shipped back out today!
Even though my business is repairing iPhones, it’s still disheartening to have a customer call the day after they bought their brand new iPhone 4 to order a service for repair. I know that it’s a bad deal. I know that it hurts. I know that you just want to use your new iPhone (when it’s being sent to my repair center for a new screen). I want to assure you, we will do our best to keep our prices down (we’ll look at them daily and adjust them as our new stock rolls in) and we’ll do our best to get the repair turned around the same day. I also promise that I’ll make sure to understand what you’re going through and make it as easy and as painless as possible.
Check back in a little while- I’ll post a picture of this same iPhone, repaired, and going back out to my customer. It’s just what we do!

Hello everyone- mark your calendars. We will be presenting at the Lawrence Apple Users Group on July 7th at 7:00pm.
We’ll get our hands dirty as we take apart an iPhone and fix the cracked glass with one of our exclusive iPhone repair kits. As always I’m sure we’ll give away a little “something” to a lucky winner and we’ll have some fun as we go where no man has gone before! Well, we’re going to go inside the iPhone and iPad and have a look around. We’ll give you some tips and tricks of the trade as well as make new friends. I normally don’t “re-press” news that I see on the internet – however I thought that this was interesting. I read in PCWorld a few minutes ago that Apple and AT&T have struck a deal THROUGH 2012. What happened to Verizon? Oh well. Hang in there Ver’ your chance will come.
I wish AT&T had better service. How about you? You know what I’d like? 4G mobile broadband service. Oops – I’ve said too much, we’ll be back VERY SOON with info on 4G mobile WIMAX broadband. Never heard of it? You will in a month.
OK, well there we have it. AT&T and Apple and the iPhone are on lock down for a couple more years. I guess I’ll let my contract renew and we’ll deal with the issues. Still better than NOT having an iPhone!
