10% off our service through Memorial Day!

May 18, 2010

Hello everyone, just as I promised, I’m back with a blowout of a deal- we’ll take 10% off your entire order when you use our Memorial Day Coupon.

How do you get the coupon? You’re going to have to call us. I want to test my new phone system out to see how many calls we can handle ;-) My sales staff is going to love me!

Just give us a call – 1-866-638-8402, during business hours you’ll reach one of our friendly sales people, maybe Chris, Marc, Huck- well, whomever you get just ask for the 10% off coupon. They will give it to you over the phone so you can place your order online, or they will take your order for you and apply that 10% off special on the spot. This coupon is good through 5/31/10 and cannot be combined with any other coupon, however we will take 10% off your ENTIRE order including shipping when you call in and ask for it. That’s it. Just ask. Use it for that pesky broken iPhone glass repair- you’ll be glad to get that taken care of!

Best, Ryan

New employee Avatars on the website to help your iPhone Repair!

January 18, 2010

Hello again, I’ve just been working the blogs hard today. . .I wanted to reach out and let you know that we added a cool new feature to our website to help make your customer experience more enjoyable. Keep your eyes out for avatars of our employees (including myself, of course):

Here’s my avatar on our about us page!

When you see these avatars on a specific page, it means that the page has been sponsored by that individual employee. Also, you have the opportunity to click a button and email that employee directly for expert advice, questions or ordering information. Cool? Yup! Need help with that 3GS iPhone Glass Repair? Just email Phil! Have a question about that 13″ Unibody Glass Repair? Just email Charley! Avatar like these are all over the website.

It’s just too easy.

OK, heading back to the trenches, talk to you again soon, maybe even again today!

Thanks, Ryan

It was my birthday. . .let’s have some cake and 15% off your iPhone Digitizer Repair!

January 12, 2010

Hello there everyone! I don’t normally talk about my own birthday, but I just had to post a pic of the cake that I enjoyed:

Yes, I know, it “dates” me. I turned 39 yesterday and yes I’ve gone though some of the usual “life thoughts” and reflecting that I always do at birthday time. I’m thankful for my health, family, and friends. The other positive note is that I’m still “30-something” for another year! Yeah, I’m holding on to that one!

OK, the first full week of 2010 is in the books here at Mission Repair. The very first work day of 2010 was a record breaking day for us = most number of orders in a single day. Every time I look at our website stats and our phone lines, I’m very impressed with the way things are progressing for the business. . .it’s going to be a stellar year!

Let’s run a new 15% off special. I’ll take $15% off your iPhone 3G Glass/Digitizer Repair or iPhone 3GS Glass/Digitizer Repair now through 1/22/10. Just use coupon code “ipodcake” and we’ll take 15% off these repairs! Just remember that you cannot use that coupon in conjunction with any other coupon.

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes yesterday, if I haven’t replied to you yet, I’m workin on it!

Best, Ryan

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…in January!

January 6, 2010

Hello everyone. . .what have you been up to? Get your New Year’s Resolutions made? I did and I feel pretty good about it!

Well this is a quick blog to make you aware that we’ve started to let some of our employees go home a little early today because there’s a blizzard on the way. Yup, we’re talking 40 mile per hour winds and -20 degree temperatures tonight. I just stepped outside and took a picture of my truck as the snow is peaceful and serene at this point:

Ryan's Snow Mobile!

I just don’t want to imagine that in a few hours Mother Nature is going to rear up and really slap Kansas City with 6″ of blowing white “Slurpee”. I know, you live in -California-or Texas-or New York- and this doesn’t affect you. . .well, it might mean that we “MAY” be closed tomorrow here at Mission Repair. Schools are already shut down tomorrow and many people are locking themselves in for the night. So, I’m just going to let you all know now, that there’s a possibility that we may be closed or “lightly staffed” tomorrow, Thursday, 1/7/10. Fortunately, my Dodge “Snow Mobile” can make it though anything and I’ll be here for sure. We’ll try our best to not let you down!!

Thanks again for reading. I’ll be back with a “specials” blog tomorrow!

Best, Ryan
