Here at Mission Repair, we’ve organized a study and mentor group so that ALL of our employees that are not currently Certified are in the process of, and will be Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians. Pretty cool!

Congratulations today to Kyle who passed his tests this afternoon. Very nice, now he’s a real expert. Send him an email and give him a challenge question, I promise that he’ll answer it correctly.

OK, moving on we are super busy today and I’m trying to get out of here at a “normal” time so that I can be with my family. My son, Casey, is in 6th grade and they have their first school dance tonight. I can’t miss this one!!

It’s actually quite an investment between the Apple Study materials, the extensive “self-taught” knowledge and then the tests themselves aren’t “cheap”. Actually, it’s a small price to pay to give our customers just one more “peace of mind” when shopping at Mission Repair.
