At Mission Repair, we’ve been performing this repair by replacing the entire TOP lid of the unit.  This ensures a factory seal between the glass and the LCD inside of the rear housing.  At this point, it appears that it’s the only “right” way to repair your cracked Unibody Glass.  We are working diligently on a new solution and Mission Repair’s replacement glass panels are in the final stages of
manufacturing.  Soon we’ll be able to replace that cracked MacBook Pro
