Superbowl is drawing near, and our commercials are ready!

Hello folks, it’s that exciting time of year, and we’ve got an amazing “history making” Superbowl to watch on February 3rd!..

OK so my team didn’t make it into the Superbowl, but nevertheless there are two amazing teams going head to head. Which Harbaugh will take it this year?

The other exciting part is that our new commericals are done and uploaded to the CBS network. They are going to air at halftime again in this year’s Superbowl! I want to show you the commercials now, but I can’t. They need to wait for halftime. Here’s a teaser:

Did you notice the athletic girl in the background throwing a Kaepernick-like spiral toward the unsuspecting iPhone user in the foreground? Yeah, it’s a bad scene…but it doesn’t end up like you might think!!!

There are two commercials that are going to run in sequence. It’s a two-part story and has a hilarious ending. In any case, we are excited over here at Mission Repair and we are excited for the big game. Watch out for some Super-Pre-Superbowl specials that are being set up and launched soon!!

Hello M:R Nation -

Today is a special day as far as the Date is concerned. We are looking at the final repetitive date in our life time. For the last 10 years, we have have seen 01-01-01, 02-02-02, 03-03-03 all the way up to today, 12-12-12. Sure, in 100 years time, the 1-12 years will roll around again, but it will never be as special as these last 12 have been.

Hello folks, happy Cyber Monday!

Did you watch the news this morning? Our local channel was talking a lot about Cyber Monday and the fact that it’s the busiest day of the year for Internet sales. We are in the thick of it here at Mission Repair as we had the biggest sales weekend in the company history, and have already begun the day breaking sales records – in fact at 9:45am this morning, we’ve taken more orders than any typical Monday. It’s clear that Cyber Monday is not a typical day!!

Our phones are on fire today. This is not literal interpretation of what our phones look like ;-)

So, we are feverishly answering the phones. Truthfully, we are doing quite well. Our staff of amazing customer service representatives is getting to each call at an amazing pace. Please, if you call in and they seem to get the the point “quickly” don’t take it personally- it’s more likely that we’ve got 10 other customers waiting in out call queue and we want to make sure every gets the attention they deserve. In fact if you’ve called in this morning, I may even answer – which is a rare thing these days! Heck, I don’t mind working the front lines and I’ve already said hello to a few walk in customers and I’m not above taking care of our customers. It’s our way of life.

There seems to be a trend happening. . .

Hi there everyone, it’s an early morning here at Mission Repair. In fact, I got a jump start on my day, coffee in hand (see here’s my coffee):

Yummy. Hot and black, simple brewed goodness.

Yes, I am using a metal (titanium) coffee cup this morning. It’s a Snow Peak Cup and it’s something special. More about my coffee cup of choice in a future blog…

The bottom line is that I’m busy typing away. I was so excited about this next piece that it actually drove me to get up, get in there and get it posted. There’s a trend happening on the internet and quite simply it’s that Mission Repair has done it once again.
