Our “Got Repair” Benefit Is Reaching New Heights!

Hello M:R Nation -

We have hit a momentous number at Mission Repair and that number is 5,000. We have been able to save over 5,000 people some hard earned cash with our Got Repair program in a little over 1.5 years!  What is our “Got Repair program”? Its as simple as this: If you have your broken device repaired with Mission Repair, you will never pay full price for the same repair on the same device again!

You already know your iPhone or iPad is not all that durable.  You just saw it crack before your very eyes. So if you have it repaired, you know full and well that you have a chance of damaging it again.

Imagine walking into a repair center, having your iPod Touch screen repaired, dropping it on the way out and re-cracking the screen. This has actually happened and this is where the Got Repair program comes into play. That customer had to pay just a fraction of what they just paid to have it re-repaired. Of course we offered if up for free in this instance (we felt bad) but the customer declined and paid the Got Repair price.

With that explanation of the Got Repair program, look at this number one more time…5,000! There have been over 5,000 people that know, not only can you drop and crack your device once, but twice, if not three times! So why not cover yourself here? We are not talking insurance, we are talking a massive discount, just for being our customer. There is no deductible, no paper work and no extra charge. It comes automatically with your Mission Repair service!

Keep in mind, we are talking about physical damage here. You already have awesome warranty coverage with Mission Repair, but add on to that accidental damage. Its the very reason we are called the intelligent choice by many people. It just makes sense choosing Mission Repair for your repair needs. Got Repair is attached to each one of our services, so you can bet we have you covered on whatever you need repaired!

So, here’s to another 5,000 customers that we can help save time, money and sanity with!

Cheers, Troy

Snowbaru?

Hey M:R Nation -

There is no doubt around the office that I am a Subaru fanatic. Both my wife and myself have driven Subaru’s for years and I personally don’t see a need to buy another type of vehicle. I have a few people in the office that share this very opinion (Justin@missionrepair.com, Phil@missionrepair.com).

Now I know this has nothing to do with iPod or iPhone repair, but hey, its what gets me to the office SAFELY and quickly on days like we had yesterday to conduct business involving iPod and iPhone repair. So in my mind, I can write all day long about this :-)

A cool picture I snapped last night.

A cool picture I snapped last night.

Above is a pretty cool picture that I shot with my iPhone 5. Not to get too far off track, but did I ever mention how impressed I am with the iPhone 5 camera? If not, just know that I am. In the coming years, I might not need to take a DSLR to a wedding. I’ll just pull out the trusty iPhone 8 and snap away!

Anyway, I see a big, white and empty parking lot with my name on it… or should I say “room to write my name on it”, so I won’t keep you any longer. Have a great New Years Day!

Cheers, Troy

Neither Rain, Nor Sleet, Nor Snow. Well, maybe Snow.

Hello again everyone, it’s getting a tad cool outside at the moment over here at the Mission Repair headquarters.

I just looked at our forecast and it’s going to pretty much snow on us tonight. There’s a blizzard warning all across the Midwest, and Kansas City is going to get caught in it as well. Being Midwesterners, we expect snow. It’s OK, most of us have four wheel drive vehicles and we’re used to the winter weather. But there’s something to be said for the first snow of the year and “getting into the rhythm” of winter. Well, I rode my motorcycle yesterday, and tomorrow it’s going to be 10 degrees with the wind chill. WHAM! Hello Winter!

Here’s tonight’s forecast:

Well, we’ll make it into work, this is not a “closing” type of winter storm, however I would expect delays at the airport which may effect our ability to receive and send FedEx packages tomorrow. We will do our best to ensure that everything is received as quickly as possible, but when Mother Nature strikes, we’re kind of at her mercy!

So wish us luck, and we’ll be in touch. I promise that we’ll blog tomorrow to let you know that business is open and rocking. I just hope that if you’re in the path of the major blizzard system, that you’re prepared. You’ll need water, food, heat, and other items. Check out our sister company Mission Survivor, if you’re ever in need of prepping items!

Take care, talk to you tomorrow. Ryan

Maxpedition’s tagline is “Hard Use Gear” and these holsters and cases are just what you’re looking for if you’re the outdoor adventurous type that wants to protect their precious iPhone or Samsung Phone. I mean, if you’ve broken your phone before and sent it into us at Mission Repair, you know the heartaches and pains of what it feels like to damage your device. Of course we make it as easy as humanly possible to obtain a phone repair, but let’s face it it’s a traumatic experience that is heartbreaking at a minimum!

So take a look at our new business, it may interest you. It’s in a separate location with a separate phone number, with separate employees – so if you’re in the market for any high quality camping supplies or just looking for some items for your Zombie Apocalypse preparations Mission Survivor will take care of you!

OK, I’m back to work, we are filming several new videos today that I want to release soon!

Take care, Ryan Arter

Samsung Infuse: Still On High Demand!

Hello M:R Nation -

We have grown to love many of Smartphones over the past 2 years and the Samsung Infuse is at the top of our “Love List”. It has been with us through the good times and the bad. It has never failed or faltered as one of our top repairs and we see no change in the coming years.

Released in May 15th, 2011, the Infuse is getting close to 2 years old (which translates to about 100 years in smartphone years) is still receiving the newest software updates and is still holding strong compared to those young bucks like the Samsung Galaxy S II and  Samsung Galaxy S III.

I envy the folks that can keep a singular phone for more than a years time. That means I envy ALL of our customers and most people in the world. I have an iPhone problem and I am not afraid to admit it :-)

Let us keep your smartphone running for years to come. There is no need to buy a new phone just because you have a little crack in yours, send it on over to Missionrepair.com and let us fix it up for ya! Just ask the MANY Samsung Infuse owners that have used our services, they’ll tell you whats up :-)

Cheers, Troy
