Mission Repair introduces the MyRewards program! It’s just free money.

August 16, 2012

Hello everyone!

We announced our dealer service program earlier this week and we have dubbed the dealer hotline at the office the “bat phone” – we are toying with the idea that when it rings a spotlight lights up the sky with a huge “M:R” on it! We have a dedicated line for our dealers, schools and large repair programs to call for specialized service in our dealer department.

Just finalized today, we added our brand new MyRewards program to our dealer page. After I got it done, formatted and installed I realized that I needed to extend this to ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS moving forward. That’s right, every customer that makes a purchase on the Mission Repair website will earn MyRewards points!

This means that when you place an order with us and once we ship your product, we will automatically drop 10 reward points in your account for every dollar spent at Mission Repair!!

MyRewards – easy as clicking this “redeem now” button for free money!

What good is this you might ask? Well, if you ever need a repair again or want to buy a part or an accessory you can redeem your reward points toward a future purchase. It’s easy – all you have to do it click a button, you’re automatically signed up – every customer that registers on our site is a part of the program, and it’s free money.

So our dealers will really enjoy this program because the more they spend the more they save. . .but as I realized that we have so many repeat customers I couldn’t hide the MyRewards program from anyone.

It’s just one more amazing feature about using Mission Repair. We’re the Intelligent Choice!

Take care, Ryan

Mission Repair Thanksgiving Luncheon = Success!

November 23, 2011

Hello all, we had our traditional Mission Repair Thanksgiving Luncheon today … it was delicious! It was just what we needed before heading out for a long weekend of, well, eating ;-)

I love these group get togethers and it’s a great time to learn about one another. For example, did you know that Neptune has 64 moons? I learned that today during lunch. You learn something new every day!

Have a great Thanksgiving break! Just to let you know, Mission Repair is closed Tomorrow and Friday but we’ll be back Saturday. . .see you then!

Take care, Ryan

Have you seen this vehicle running around the city?

August 19, 2011

Good afternoon all- we’re warming up the Mission Repair Mobile and heading out to support all of our customers with a little flair.

What you’re seeing here is our 1968 M35A2 (Deuce and a Half)!

This Deuce and a Half was born in 1968 by the Kaiser Jeep Corporation and was completely refurbished in 2011. It is now classified as a decommissioned military vehicle and is 100% completely street legal registered in the State of Kansas. The body was taken off of the frame and all the pieces were stripped, sand blasted and undercoated. The body was disassembled and repainted in modern-day Desert Tan paint. The military was kind enough to upgrade this unit – the engine, transmission, transfer case and all 3 axles were replaced with new assemblies. If you get a chance to hear it, it runs the legendary “whistler” turbo diesel engine that can move the 13,000 lb truck up to 65 miles per hour and it gets about 11 miles per gallon.

Our particular Deuce is 100% stock except for the paint color, wheels and tires. We upgraded the rear hubs and removed the stock 38″ dually tires – we “singled” the rear axles and installed a set of MONSTER 47″ Michelin mud tires to make this 6-wheel-drive truck unstoppable in the snow, mud or on any off-road trail.

It’s cargo capacity is 10,000 lbs, and it can drive through 40 inches of water without an issue! It’s also a multi-fuel truck that primarily uses diesel, but will run on regular gasoline, kerosene, jet fuel, used motor oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic fluid, and veggie oil. They just don’t make them like they used to!

This Deuce has a history of combat in the US Army and is a tribute to all the men and women that have served or are currently serving in the US Armed Forces.

It’s life is easy now and serves as the mascot for our business which allows us to carry out our Mission – to service our customers.

We will be displaying this truck and promoting our business in several parades coming up in the next few weeks, I hope you can make it out:

September 10, 2011 – Old Settlers Parade in Olathe, Kansas
September 17, 2011 – Spring Hill Fall Festival in Spring Hill, Kansas
October 16, 2011 – Maple Leaf Festival in Baldwin City, Kansas

Stop by and say hello!

Best, Ryan

Nokia Astound C7-00 Screen Repairs = Success!

July 21, 2011

Good morning friends, we’re on fire here at Mission Repair this morning. We’re working on a record week, we’ve hired a few new people and we’re busy with our expansion operations. Big news and releases coming soon!

Today, we’ve added a new service to our menu of repairs, specifically for the Nokia Astound with an amazing 3.5″ display. It’s the second Nokia smartphone based on the new Symbian platform, the Nokia C7 follows hot on the heels of the company’s entertainment powerhouse, the Nokia N8. -The Nokia C7 combines stainless steel and glass in a sleek, full-touch design. The 3.5 inch AMOLED display is ideal for networking, with updates from Facebook and Twitter fed directly to the home screen, as well as one touch access to many popular Email accounts including Ovi Mail, Yahoo! Mail and Windows Live Hotmail.

We’ve already had customers requesting the repair and replacement of the glass screen. Be careful with this smartphone! It’s fragile (because it’s GLASS) and we’re starting to see these roll in with shattered screens.

The shining news about the Nokia Astound Screen Repair is that we can take care of you within 24 hours – we’ll remove the cracked glass and install a brand new OEM panel to get you back into working order. Remember that with all of our glass repairs we automatically incude our customers into our FAMOUS “GOT REPAIR” PROGRAM which means that if you ever crack that screen again in time in the future after we repair it, just give us a call and we’ll repair it again under our “Got Repair” program. You’ll never have to worry about paying full price for that screen again as long as you own that phone!

OK, we’ve got several new programs launching today, which means several new blogs and press releases. I’ll be back soon with new information!

Best, Ryan
