For the last week we have been experiencing a backorder on the Toshiba Thrive glass. When we have a part that goes on backorder for any amount of time, it puts me in a pretty foul mood. So you can imagine my elation when we receive a solid stock on those parts this morning. When I got word that we received these Toshiba screens in today, I did something I never do. I smiled before my first cup of coffee!
Listen folks, we are never on backorder by choice. If we had it our way, we would not even allow that word in the english language. Unfortunately, its just a part of life… I have a new campaign that I am going to be running around the offices of Mission:Repair . Its my “No More Backorders” Campaign. I can’t predict how successful It will be, if my parts department will take to it or if they will still like me after I’m done, but I’m willing to become a monster for our customers
