Mission Repair wants to make your upgrade or repair easy for you! As with all of our shipping options, you will receive the following unbeatable benefits. Try getting this from the competition!
Nationwide, Flat-Rate shipping.
Once you choose a shipping option, that will be THE PRICE for shipping. We offer FLAT-RATE shipping pricing on our repairs, no “ZONES” to worry about, anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. (Alaska and Hawaii shipments are an additional 20%.) Our repair center is strategically located in the middle of the country. This gives us the opportunity to SAVE on shipping, and we pass that savings on to you!
Flexible shipping options.
We try to offer as many shipping options to you BEFORE you decide to send a unit to us for repair. We have 3-way OVERNIGHT shipments available (Which includes us sending you a foam-lined shipper approved box to pack your item), 3-way GROUND shipments (Which includes the SAME protective shipping box sent to you) and a self-mail in option (We always send your repaired item back OVERNIGHT). In fact, you can save on shipping altogether and visit our store in Kansas City. Just drop your item off with us!
Residential Fees.
NEVER! We DO NOT CHARGE for residential deliveries. We know that you’re at home. You shouldn’t pay extra to receive your repaired item at your doorstep!
Fuel Surcharges.
NEVER! We know that the cost of fuel is killing the economy. It hurts when we go the gas pumps too! As fuel prices fluctuate, so do our shipping fuel surcharges. We NEVER pass shipping fuel surcharges onto you.
Handling Fees.
NEVER! We don’t “hide” profits in “handling fees”. Shipping and receiving your repairs in and out of our location is our business and you can expect us to “handle” your order with professionalism and class!
Local Drop Off.
Of course. If you’re located in the Kansas City area, feel free to come on by and say “hi”! We welcome local walk-in customers, no appointment necessary. In many cases, we can perform your repair while you wait! Click here for our address and a map!
We maintain a twenty-four hour turnaround on most upgrades and repairs, and even though your phone or computer may have to travel all the way to Kansas, we’ll still have it back to you quicker than most repair companies. Send it in!
